Fine Blasting Unit

Fine sand blasting is the last process of metal support. Surface finsh process of metal support  is completed and when the porcelain thooth is ready, itcan be placed on top of this metal support.

But blasting process with fine blasting is roughining  the metal support, so it is roughining surface finish process  rather than getting smooth surface. This process enables better adhesion of metal support and porcelain thooth.
